Discovery Drilling Equipment (Ukraine) Ltd is a company working more than 12 years in international market of specialized machinery and equipment. A high-tech and highly professional welding performance is our major and leading direction.
Highly qualified certified welders are capable of welding the most sophisticated steel-structures complying with the international standards and codes (AWS D1.1, API, ANSI, ISO, GOST). We use up-to-date semi-automatic welding machines manufactured by leading global companies Fronius and ESAB (more than 50 items).
Our QC Department certified with ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 and АРІ 4F, 7K, 8C standards ensures the best quality of finished products. NDT examination of welds is performed by qualified II Level inspectors meeting Ukrainian and international standards (VT, MT, UT and RT methods). This type of weld examination methods always ensures an excellent weld quality.
Our facility and capacities also offer welding of high pressure systems (up to 100 atm), pipelines, and other steel structures in field (6 welding diesel generators LincolnElectric).
